We collect personal information, i.e. names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, etc., when submitted by our customers during the registration and application process. The information you provide is used as part of your application and application process only unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example, if you choose to subscribe to our newsletters. We do not store credit card details nor do we share clients details with any 3rd marketing parties. However it is the nature of our business to share your details with registered and contracted university partners and other educational insitutions in regards of your application process.

We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorised transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. Right to access

Part of expanded rights of data subject outlined by the GDPR is the right for data subjects. We can ensure you that none of your personal details are shared with 3rd party marketing companies and never will be. We store only your information entered at the time of registration, application process or enquiry on our server and all information entered are protected with SSL encryption.

Right to be forgotten

Also known as Data Erasure is the right to be forgotten. If you wish to delete your account, please send us an email to support@ukstudy.com and we will make sure your details will be deleted from our system. Unfortunately, some details such as your past application details need to be archived due to finance and tax reasons and we cannot delete those until you finish your study. In a case you are not our student and wish to erase your data, please send us an email provided above.
