Description

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is an examination that tests your English ability in academic contexts. It provides proof that you have the English language skills necessary to study at a university in the UK (and also in Australia, Canada and New Zealand). To join the English for IELTS course, you will need an upper-intermediate level of English. The course lasts 12 weeks, and you can normally start any Monday. Students have practice in all 4 parts of the examination – Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing. This practice includes examination tasks and mock exams. You can take the IELTS examination in London, and application forms are available in the Library. The Director of Studies will help you complete the IELTS application form.
