An economic, no-frills course at King’s School Bournemouth which is ideal for out-of-season school groups. King’s Easy English offers King’s quality at a very competitive price. Please call for a quote. This course is designed for students aged 14-18 but other age groups will be considered. Lessons - making English easy Lessons are designed to be fun and interactive with the emphasis on vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking and listening. Lessons can also be designed to meet the exact requirements of the group for example IELTS or First Certificate Preparation. Lessons take place in closed groups with a maximum of 16 students per group. Small groups of 15 students are taught in one class. Groups with 30 students will be taught in 2 classes. Fun and educational activities! Activities may include: volleyball, football, table-tennis, crazy golf, swimming, mini-cruise, adventure trail, treasure hunt, roller-blading, Mini-Olympics, beach games, sing-along, karaoke, art club, talent show, etc. We try and design the actvity programme to suit the ages and interests of the students. Students are not given a daily choice of activities but we do ensure that the programme varies every week. Excursions Excursions are not included in the price but can be booked as an optional extra. The cost is usually £18 - £25 depending on the group size and destination. The most popular destinations include: London, Oxford, Bath, Winchester, Salisbury & Stonehenge, Chessington World of Adventures, etc. We can include pre-excursion preparation in lesson time. The price includes 20 lessons (15 hours) per week Twin room host family accommodation (not international) 3 activities per week: weekly international volleyball match plus 2 other afternoon or evening activities per week Weekly DVD All meals (packed lunch) Return airport transfers from Heathrow or Gatwick Placement test on arrival, weekly progress tests and regular homework Teaching materials (including folder of work to take home) End-of-course certificate and presentation of certificates and awards Free email / internet access Welcome party or farewell party
