Description


This course helps students to achieve fluency in English, and at the same time study areas of interest to the students themselves. Each student follows the 20 hour Standard English Course. There are also two afternoon sessions per week (6 hours): On Tuesday the focus is on the development of study skills. On Wednesday and Friday the students study specific areas of interest, including: History of Britain, English Literature, Media Studies and Social Studies. The specialised afternoon sessions can only be undertaken when a student attains upper intermediate level and above, so students below this level will receive extra language tuition at the same times, until they reach the appropriate level.
