Social Activities

A social programme is organised each month by the Social Co-ordinator, Steve Darwen. The programme is run with a team of teachers and helps you get to know other students and members of staff and enjoy the culture and entertainment of London and Britain. Some of the activities are free and others cost between £ 2.50 and £ 27, depending on the activity. Typical activities include: Day trips: Salisbury & Stonehenge; Cambridge; Bath; Oxford; Brighton, etc. London walks: The South Bank; St. James; City Walk, etc. Night Life: There are ‘nights out’ at a popular London club or disco and an ‘International Student Party’ each month. Sports: The school also organises regular in-house football matches during the summer months and the Co-ordinator is always keen to include other team sports should there be a request for anything.
