Description


All Junior Students have three hours of morning classes. These generally encompass grammar, vocabulary, text work and communicative skills. Students have the chance to do a lot of speaking in class, building their confidence to use the language in the afternoons and evenings. Junior Students have sport and social programmes each afternoon and evening from Monday to Friday. These include football and badminton, student theatre productions and karaoke, as well as trips into Brighton and Hove for the famous Pier and the museums. There is a weekly 'project' to encourage everyone to work with students from different classes, usually either designing a poster- presentation or making a film. On Saturday there is an excursion, alternating between London and another famous city, for example Canterbury or Portsmouth.
