Description
This popular course will provide a summer to remember for students aged 11-15 years. We offer 15 hours of English classes per week plus a full programme of sports and social activities with excursions to places such as London, Canterbury and Thorpe Park (theme park). Cicero aims to create a lively, happy atmosphere in which students can learn, communicate and make friends from all over the world. The course takes place over three weeks and students can enrol for one, two or the full three weeks. The course is held at Holmewood House School, a residential school on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells. The attractive school buildings are set in extensive and beautiful grounds and offer outstanding facilities including: heated indoor swimming pool tennis courts sports hall laundry service extensive playing fields for football, volleyball etc. activity rooms with table tennis, table football, TV computers for internet access Please note that children cannot be accommodated the Sunday before the summer courses start in July and all children must leave by the Saturday in July after the summer courses finish. The weekly fees include: - 15 hours of English lessons - full programme of sports and social activities when not in class - one full-day excursion per week including transport and entrance costs - internet access (3 half-hour sessions per day) - accommodation and all meals The programme: Students are tested on their first day and placed in classes according to their level. Our teachers use a dynamic communicative method to help students speak and understand as quickly as possible. Cicero's teachers are qualified and experienced in providing lively and enjoyable lessons for young people. The 15 hours of English tuition per week are complemented by a full programme of sports and social activities plus excursions.
