CAE has many years experience of running homestay and residential courses, mainly in the summer but also at other times of year. Young learners (9-16 years old) from all over the world come on our courses, many of them returning year after year. All our teenage and children's courses are fully-inclusive and include tuition, accommodation, social programme, airport transfers, all meals, admissions and insurance. All students receive a report and certificate on departure. The CAE Teenage Homestay Courses (ages 14-16) offer a balanced programme of serious but lively language learning, a wide range of afternoon and evening activities, and excursions during the weekends and during the week. They last three weeks each in the period from the end of June to the end of August. It is our aim to provide a well-structured, lively, international and safe environment, which includes accommodation with CAE homestay within easy reach of the school - normally within walking distance. The fees include everything (except pocket money) from the moment we meet students at the airport arrivals barrier to returning them to the check-in for the journey back home. 3 courses from late June to late August (T1,T2 and T3) Each course lasts 3 weeks 22 teacher contact hours Full social programme All teenage/children's courses include the following:- maximum 12 students per class good nationality mix practice in all language skills, emphasis on speaking/listening free learning materials free excursions sport/art activities on-site welfare and first aid

Location Located in Girton, a safe residential area on the outskirts of Cambridge, the famous university city. 15 minutes by bus from the centre of Cambridge There are supervised activities at the school most evenings and excursions at least twice a week. Afternoon activities You will have a choice of sports or other activities in the afternoons. These may include: Sports: Tennis, Football, Volleyball Activities: T-shirt painting, Glass painting, Body art Evening activities may include: Barbecues, Discos, Karaoke, Videos, International parties Excursions may include: London visit, Ice skating, Cambridge sightseeing
