If English is not your first language or you are not accustomed to studying in a British academic institution, you would benefit greatly from attending a pre-sessional English for Academic Purposes programme whether it is to improve your language skills as a condition of entry to a British University or, simply to find out more about using English in academic study and the forms and expectations of academic life in the UK. You will combine general English courses at your level with 10 lessons per week of specialist study, lectures, research and presentation skills to give you a head start when you enter college or university. *Afternoon study skills lectures may have up to 24 students
