Description


This course will help students to improve all aspects of their English, whether beginners or more advanced students. Lessons take place every morning, so that afternoons are free for students to continue studying or get to know the city of Bath and its surroundings. Classes deal with grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. They provide practice in the four skills areas: listening, speaking, reading and writing. In these classes teachers use a course book supplemented by additional material. Regular progress tests are given. Homework is set regularly. Students are given regular feedback in individual tutorials on their own use of the language and guidance on how to improve.

Entry Requirements


Students are given a placement test on arrival which includes listening, grammar, speaking and writing components.

Additional Info


Certificates of Attendance are issued on completion of the course. Reports are issued at the end of the course suggesting ideas for future learning.
