General Info


Anglolang is an international English Language School situated on the beautiful North Yorkshire coast. It is centrally located between London and Edinburgh and therefore offers a convenient base for UK and European travel. Anglolang has a reputation for providing top quality English language courses for companies, educational institutions, organised groups and individuals. The school is extremely modern with excellent facilities, including wireless Broadband Internet connection, interactive whiteboards in some classrooms, and a private cinema. We also have a small library, lecture room, student lounge and a cafeteria.

Accommodation Info


Home stay is the most popular choice of accommodation, however, we also organise B&B, hotel and private accommodation for our students. All Anglolang accommodation is within walking distance of the school so it is not necessary to spend extra money on public transport. With home stay accommodaiton we guarantee the following: your own room if you are 18 or over (unless otherwise requested) no two students with the same mother tongue in the same family (unless otherwise requested) full board the opportunity to learn more of the British way of life a chance to practise English in social situations

Social Activities


Weekly cinema evenings Karaoke disco to celebrate special dates, such as Halloween. Optional weekend excursions available. Daily afternoon activites and one full day excursion during the Summer Vacation Course.
