Our scheduled Specialised Programme combines 20 lessons of General English language tuition with 10 lessons in the language and background of your chosen specialisation per week. The specialised tuition is arranged in independent modules to permit enrolment for 2, 3 of 4 weeks - although the full 4 weeks are required to cover all the subject areas. This course is designed for Doctors, Surgeons, Nursing staff, Administrative, Clerical and Managerial staff in Medical Fields, First Aid and Welfare staff, and Students of Medicine, Surgery, Nursing and related fields. The specialised lessons cover the language of subjects such as: day-to-day communication in medical practice the body - disease and injury drugs and medicines consultation with patients and colleagues examination, diagnosis, prescription and treatment medical books and publications
