Our English junior summer course takes place at Cheltenham College, one of the most prestigious public schools in the UK. The College was founded in 1841 and is regarded as one of the major schools of the Victorian period. The College is endowed with some of the most outstanding sporting and educational facilities in the country.

The college campus is located a short 10 minute walk from the centre of Cheltenham itself. The green college campus is surrounded by the beautiful Cotswold Hills and countryside and enjoys all the benefits of space and the outdoor lifestyle.

At Cheltenham, we offer juniors the opportunity to combine the learning of English with sports, activities and visits to exciting places. The programme is open to young learners aged 12-16 years in July & August.

Residential Accomodation

The accommodation consists of two comfortable houses (male and female) accommodating students in mainly single and twin-bedded rooms with adjacent bathroom, shower and toilet facilities, with each room having its own washbasin. Rooms for 3 or 4 students can also be organised. Both houses have spacious common room areas with TV and video facilities where students can relax with friends.

Homestay Accomodation

Accommodation in homestay is available at Cheltenham College where students also have the opportunity to live in a home environment and experience the culture first hand. Comfortable and friendly homes within easy access to college make this an excellent alternative to our residential option.

During the afternoons students are offered a variety of practical group-based activities such as indoor and outdoor sports, arts & crafts and drama/music. The evenings offer a range of quiz nights, discos, talent shows and other team-based activities.

An essential part of our learning experience is the excursion programme. We include cultural visits to world-renowned cities such as London, Windsor, Oxford, Brighton, Stratford-upon-Avon, Bath, Henley-on-Thames with all of their historical heritage, shopping trips to local towns and \'pure fun\' trips to theme parks such as Chessington World of Adventures.
